When you log in to your My Chantal-Solutions account for the first time, you should enter an email address in your profile.
Why is this important?

1. You can only reset your password with a registered email address if you forget and/or lose it.
2. After you have registered an email address, an account will be automatically created for you in our ticket system. In the ticket system, you can create support tickets if you need help and have an overview of all your tickets.
3. You will be informed about important things such as maintenance work and product updates.
Note: Your email address will not be shared with third parties. It will only be used for the purposes listed above.
