Quick Start (OpenAI)

To get your chatbot up and running, follow these steps. Pay attention to the output in the public chat:

1. Rezz your chatbot. If you purchased a HUD, wear it.

2. The chatbot registers in our system. You will receive a success message in the public chat and your access data for the web interface will also be displayed there.

IMPORTANT:
Make a note of the access data so you can log in to the web interface at any time to configure and control your chatbot online.

First steps after you have put the chatbot into operation:
----------------------------------------------------------------

After you have successfully put the chatbot into operation, you should log in to the web interface and enter an email address in your profile.

Why is this important?
-------------------------
1. You can only reset your password with a stored email address if you forget and/or lose it.

2. After you have stored an email address, an account will be automatically created for you in our ticket system. In the ticket system, you can create support tickets and have an overview of all your tickets. Unless you manually change your password in the ticket system, you can log in there using the same access data as for My Chantal-Solutions.

Entering the email address in the web interface:

Next, you'll need to enter your OpenAI API credentials so your chatbot can respond. This only needs to be done once, even if you have multiple OpenAI chatbots:

[1] API Key
Enter your OpenAI API key here after creating it in your OpenAI API account. The API key begins with "sk-".

[2] Project ID
There are different ways to create keys with the OpenAI API. User-specific keys that work across projects and project-specific keys that are assigned to specific projects. If you want to use a project-specific key, you must enter the corresponding project ID here. You can also find this in your OpenAI API account. For non-project-specific keys, leave the input field blank. The project ID begins with "proj_".

[3] Organization ID (optional)
With OpenAI, you can create organizations and assign projects to them. This is useful if you have multiple organizations and want to manage their activities separately. Entering this ID is optional. The organization ID begins with "org-".

After saving the data, the form will be cleared for security reasons. The data will no longer be displayed.
