You can only reset your password if you have already added an email address to your My Chantal-Solutions profile. If you haven't already, please contact our support team at:
Reset password:

Step 1 - Click on "Forgot your password?"
Step 2 - Request an email with a link to reset your password:
[1] Enter your Second Life username in the input field.
[2] Check the reCAPTCHA box.
[3] Click the "Send Email" button.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email and click the link provided to set a new password.
Step 3 - Reset your password:
[5] Enter your desired password.
[6] Enter the password again for confirmation.
[7] Click the "Save Password" button.
After completing these steps, you can log in with your new password.
